Classes Temporarily Suspended

In accordance with Gov. Tony Evers mandate of cancelling classes at area schools temporarily for public health concerns, Stable Hands Equine Therapy Center is cancelling all of the day classes from Monday, March 16th through April 6th. Evening classes will begin (and day classes are planned to resume) in late April.

When I started I could hardly sit up on my own, I needed my side walkers to help support me. After a few weeks of riding I was able to sit up well on my own and my balance improved, it was great!

Brianna’s Story: The Road Back from a Devastating Car Accident

Brianna, now 22 years old, was involved in a tragic automobile accident in October of 2012 which left her in a coma for three months.  Her long road to recovery from a traumatic brain injury began in the ICU at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.  She has been surrounded by the most skilled doctors and therapists throughout her recovery process.
