Avery Edwards
Certified Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator/Ranch Hand
I started working as a Ranch Hand in the summer of 2022. I was looking for a job that allowed me to work in the equine industry, and I was led to Stable Hands!
I started as a ranch hand caring for horses, and loved spending time out at Stable Hands. I soon started boarding my two horses there. After some time volunteering in classes, I got the opportunity to attend training to teach and facilitate EAL classes and have loved every minute of it.
In my free time I love to train and show my two horses, Lola and Lux. When I’m not spending time with my awesome horses, I enjoy spending time on the water–boating and kayaking. I also really enjoy traveling and getting to explore new places!
I have a ton of fun here at Stable Hands, but my favorite class activity is always riding. It is usually one of the favorite activities among our clients, and it is so fun seeing everyone excited and happy to be on the horses!
